Rates:

There is an additional $50 charge to use the hot tub to cover maintenance costs.   If you decide to rent Rivendell, we require a $250 security deposit.  This deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation, but will be refunded within ten days of checkout providing the house is left in good order.  The rental fee is due one week before your arrival date if by check, or immediately upon your arrival if payment is cash.  You will receive a confirmation letter and directions after your deposit has been received.
